Anthony P. Haag, Ph. D., is principal of Haag Chemistry LLC.
Dr. Haag has over 30 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of industrial chemical products in large corporation (Dow Chemical), small business (AMSA, Inc. and Specialty Biopolymers Corp.), and academic (Montana State University-Center for Biofilm Engineering) settings.
Synopsis of experience:
Development and manufacturing of controlled release industrial water treatment tablets, liquid formulations, and organic chemical products. This work also included technical input on patent matters, such as application drafting and support of prosecution. Additional experience includes competitive technology investigations, technical writing, raw material sourcing, and providing technical input for related business functions, such as sales/marketing and manufacturing.
Characterization, synthesis, testing, and development of bio-based adhesives.
Development of various herbicide, monomer, and epoxy-based thermoplastic polymer production processes.
